1. About This App

Threadologie by Lu is a beadwork pattern app that lets you create, track, and export patterns. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this app. If you're under the required age, you may only use the app with parental or guardian consent. Purchasing subscriptions requires you to meet your app store's age and payment requirements.

3. Subscription Tiers

Creators Pro	$5.99/mo or $59.99/yr	Everything in Creators, plus: clean PDFs, word chart, PDF branding, creator profile. Commercial license included.

All paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends.
Billing: You'll be charged through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices shown include any applicable taxes (VAT/GST) as required by your local tax authority.
Cancel Anytime: Manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings. You'll keep access until your current period ends.
Free Trial: The 7-day free trial is available only to first-time subscribers and may not be available in all regions. Cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged.
Price Changes: We'll notify you before any price changes take effect.

5. Your Patterns & Content

You own what you create. All patterns are stored on your device only - we don't store them on servers or have access to them.

Your responsibility:

Back up your patterns (we can't recover lost data)
Make sure any images you use don't belong to someone else
Anything you share via QR codes or exports is on you

6. Commercial License (Creators Pro Only)

If you subscribe to Creators Pro, you may sell patterns you create, provided you have all necessary legal rights to the underlying images and designs.

What you can sell:

Patterns you created yourself using original or properly licensed images
Physical products made from your original patterns

Your responsibilities: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper rights to any content you use commercially. This means:

You must own or have a valid license for any images or designs you use
Don't use copyrighted characters, logos, or third-party artwork without permission
Don't sell patterns based on images you don't have rights to use commercially
You are responsible for complying with all intellectual property laws

Disclaimer: We are not liable for any infringement claims arising from your commercial use. If you're on the Free or Creators tier, your patterns are for personal use only - no selling.

7. What You Can't Do

Please don't:

Reverse engineer or copy the app
Share your subscription with others
Use the app for anything illegal
Claim our trademarks as your own

8. No Warranties

The app is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect or error-free. Please back up your patterns regularly.

9. Apple App Store Terms

For iOS users: This app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for App Store-related matters.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
